Michael Graham is a retired decorated twenty-five-year veteran of the Atlantic City Police Department in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
In 1991, Michael joined the Atlantic City Police Department. As a member of the Atlantic City Police Department, Detective Graham acquired an extensive education, training and experience in multiple facets of law enforcement, having served in a variety of assignments throughout his career including Uniform Division, Guns and Drugs Reduction Unit, Vice Section’s Narcotics Unit and the DEA Task Force-Atlantic City Office. As a member of the Atlantic City Police Department Emergency Response Team, he also served as a Negotiator with the Crisis Negotiation Team. Detective Graham also served on the FBI’s South Jersey Violent Incident Gang Task Force (SJVI/GTF), the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit (Homicide Squad), the Atlantic City Police Department Criminal Investigations Section and closed his career assigned to the Atlantic City Police Department’s Intelligence Unit.
Michael previously served as an Agent of the Prosecutor at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office in Atlantic County, New Jersey, where his duties included the investigation, coordination and review of unsolved Cold Case Homicides. He also served as a direct Aide to former Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner, where he performed a myriad of additional duties and assignments pertaining to community relations and the inter-department coordination of investigative resources.
A retired member of the Atlantic City Police Benevolent Association-Local#24 and an active member of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), Michael is an executive board member of the 200 Club of Atlantic and Cape May Counties, New Jersey, which serves the interests of families of fallen first emergency responders.
Born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Michael resides in Atlantic County, New Jersey.
